What are the exhibition times?
Thursday 26th June: 08:30 – 17:00

What are the setup and dismantling times?
Setup: Wednesday 25th June: 17:00 – 19:00

What marketing and promotional opportunities are available to exhibitors?
Once your company is registered as an exhibitor, we will provide you with promotional material. This can be used to promote your presence at the European Mortar Summit 2025.
Are there any specific guidelines on booth design?
The European Mortar Summit 2025 is meant as a table top event. If you want to exhibit your products, you can of course. If you are unsure about what you can bring, please contact us at contact@bcf-congress.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
Stand sign-up can be changed (subject to availability) or cancelled against an administration fee of EUR 295 plus VAT (will not be credited to intended booth upgrade) until January 31, 2025. After this date, all the registrations and purchases are binding and you will be liable for the full cost of your admission to the event notwithstanding a subsequent cancellation after January 2025 or your failure to attend. No refund shall be given.
Any cancellation or changes have to be addressed in writing and sent to contact@bcf-congress.com
No refund will be made for the administration fee or additional costs caused by different payment methods.
What about liability and insurance?
The cost for the stand does not include the insurance of stands/stand staff against accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to any possessions. Exhibitors are advised to take out adequate relevant insurance to all expenses in regards to EMO Mortar Summit 2025.
Can I reserve a stand?
It is possible to reserve the stand of choice for 30 days for a fee of 495€. The fee will be credited on the final registration.
Please note:
- The reservation fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 30 days reservation time or after 30 days reservation time.
- After the mentioned 30 days of reservation, the reservation will be automatically converted in a binding purchase of the reserved booth.
- In case of cancellation after the reservation time of 30 days, the above mentioned Cancellation Policy will apply in addition to the reservation fee.
Is the registration form binding?
The use of the inquiry form is non-commital. We will contact you after receiving your inquiry to discuss the registration.
